Orris Water botanical perfumes are made in small batches with hand-sourced ingredients. They are blended with a combination of pure essential oils, absolutes, natural isolates derived from flowers, leaves, spices, woods, resins, seeds, and shells. Additionally, hand-made tinctures of special materials are used. All ingredients are sourced from responsible suppliers who prioritize sustainable practices whenever possible. The blending and sourcing process is done with intention.

Minimal ingredients are used to keep the supply chain simple.

Spray onto your wrists, and You must wait 20 seconds before smelling on your skin. The top notes will arrive first sometimes bossy with natural perfumes, then over the next minutes to hours you will smell a new part of the story. What is your favorite layer to each scent?

The history of perfume is super fascinating. My personal fascination comes from the ancient styles of perfumes such as ancient Egyptian spiritual connection to scent, attars from India, and the beautiful scents of oud, musks, incense and the ancient soliflores of roses and champaca. I am honored to have learned from so many cultures and want to pay homage to this history of the ancient art of perfumery for religion, ritual, and spiritual magic.
